BLACK SILICON CARBIDE
Performance characteristics :
SIC is black quarts sand and petroleum coke (smokeless acetylene) as the main raw material, smelted by above 2500 ºC in large size electric furnace. So it has high density, big crystal high purity, black opaque body hexagonal crystal, MO-hardness in the 9.15 – 9.5 after diamond and boron carbide, crisp and sharp performance, and a certain degree of conductive heat, the hardness and toughness are superior to green silicon carbide when same SIC content.
Relative Fields :
Low resistance SIC processing using low–intensity black metal and non–metallic cancer or materials and the electronics industry.
